1. Project Overview

DAR is a custom-built business workflow platform designed to manage leads, appointments, audits, service requests, reports, and user roles in one centralized system. The platform connects multiple teams including Super Admins, Back Office users, Teleprospectors, Sales Representatives, Auditors, Pro Applicants, and Service Providers. The goal of DAR was to replace manual processes with a structured digital system where every role has a clear workflow, every request can be tracked, and every action can be managed from a secure dashboard.

2. The Challenge

The client needed a platform that could support a complex business process involving different user roles, permissions, and workflow stages. Each role had different responsibilities, which made the system more challenging than a simple dashboard.

Some of the key challenges included:

Creating a role-based system where every user sees only the actions and data relevant to them.
Managing leads, appointments, and service requests across different workflow stages.
Building an audit process with multiple steps, answers, signatures, notes, and report generation.
Handling AI-generated reports with accurate scoring, structured answers, and downloadable PDF output.
Improving performance for long-running backend processes such as audit report generation.
Supporting French localization for users who preferred the platform in French.
Managing secure file handling, PDF access, and cloud storage integration.
Ensuring the platform remained scalable, clean, and easy to use despite complex business logic.
